Solved Multiverse Portals Permissions

    On multiverse portals, when a de-oped player tries to walk into the portal, it doesn't work. When an opped player walks in it does work. How do i get this permission?

    If you want players to go to all portals and all worlds. Use these commands.

    /mv conf enforceaccess false
    /mvp conf enforceportalaccess false
