In your Worlds. you must delete the "Playerdata"-Folder
Your issue here is that while your server may have had enough ram to run for a while, the garbage collector has a mechanism that states that if GC pressure gets so high (e.g. you're triggering too many attempts to free ram in order to allocate space for new objects, which hurts performance), it will throw an exception into the stack of the thread that was causing a new object to be created.
Quite simply, removing the world, in this case, freed enough ram for you to keep the server happy, overall, however, you likely want to consider allocating more ram to the java process before you start hitting the same issue again.
