You will find limited success in recruiting staff here as Spigot is mostly a community of server owners and developers.
Sorry, but your not a (BIG NETWORK), if your not even released yet. Sure, you may have a few custom plugins and such, but it takes a lot more to become a large network. Plus your post looks sloppy, with spelling errors and looks rushed. *EDIT* With the picture I see, don't steal Mineplex's ideas, its their work not yours! I 100% hate people who steal peoples ideas and claim it as theirs! (Same class/kit selector posts as mineplex, and the scoreboard looks very much like Mineplex's.

Ok? I don't see how getting staff will help you not copy other's ideas and staff to make your network better? People don't do stuff thats important to a network without $$$. Staff will help support players for free, but asking people on a community where you know nobody will typically have abusive staff, which the only reason there is because they want to troll.
