No Explosions over Limit (simple)

    Hello!
    Can anyone link me a plugin or make me a plugin that simply does not allow any explosions (from tnt, creeper eggs, etc) over a set Y limit in the config?

    People are asking for way harder plugins for a simple $5. What would this cost?

    Then I would have to world guard the top of the whole world. Is that necessary?

    You could use the global config setting or the global region.
