Particle Plugins

I've been quite successful with the amount of players coming on to my server through-out the last month and wanted to reward the small amount of donations we've been getting...

I wanted a Particle Effect plugin...

But couldn't find one I liked, If anyone knows any that are good and are around £0 - £10 that'll be great!
