Hello fellow spigot users, I nrecently noticed that when people are under invisibility potion, their name is still visible. I would like their nametag to hide as well when they are under invisiblity effect. I suspect this may be essentials, but I am not completely sure. Has anyone ever had a similar issue and found a way to fix it? Thanks!
Are you using a plugin which changes up the name tag? Such as adding the rank name. (Example being TAB)
As Neznamy said, it could indeed just be the 1.8 bug. It is even mentioned in the FAQ for the plugin. That is assuming you're on 1.8 anyways
Could anybody modify my paperspigot to fix this glitch? Yes I am on 1.8. The amount paid will depend on how much is needed to change.
I'd recommend finding a developer to modify the NametagEdit plugin for you instead. The source is available (https://github.com/sgtcaze/NametagEdit) and would be a lot easier in terms of knowing what in the code to modify and how to modify it.
It's a Minecraft bug, I highly doubt that you could fix it by editing a server jar or the NTE jar, if it could be fixed that way I'm sure that it would've been implemented. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-48730
