I'm using the latest version, and the plugin completely refuses to save anyone's inventories other than the inventory they logout with. The other inventories persist, so it's not like the data is lost, but the plugin only saves changes made to the inventory if you logout with that inventory, i.e. it only saves changes to overworld survival if you logout in the overworld in survival, everything else keeps the old data. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it??? Is it a bug...? (There's no errors in console...) This didn't happen before I updated to the latest PWI, now it is. I was using 1.7.3 previously. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Sorry all, was away for the weekend. That is possible... Could you give me a plugin list? Could you turn on debugging in the config, reproduce the issue, and upload the server log please? Also your worlds.yml so I know what world is where.
Here's a pastebin: http://pastebin.com/CzMBFV55 What I did: after enabling debugging + reloading config, went in survival. Dropped a stack of cobblestone on the ground so it was gone from my inventory. Went in creative, logged out. Logged back in, creative inventory is normal and fine. Go back to survival and the stack of cobble was still there. Here's the worlds.yml: Code (Text): groups: flat: worlds: - flat default-gamemode: SURVIVAL void: worlds: - void default-gamemode: SURVIVAL default: worlds: - minigames - deadend - world - world_nether - world_the_end default-gamemode: SURVIVAL
Hi, I am in a bit of a pickle, a player left the server and in his inventory he has things he stole from someone. Before I was always able to go into the files of that players and just see what he had but now with PerWorldInventory I cannot see what is in their inventory. Is there anyway to find out what they have in their inventory? And what about their enderchest?
in the latest version i always loose my gamemode after rejoin. even i am OP but still i fall from the sky. this problem didnt exist before. the settings didnt help.
please help me I'm really tired of failing. your plugin works good but when disconnecting and connecting again it is deleting all of the player's saved inv. config: http://pastebin.com/rMCkRGyR
I do believe that most or all issues like "copy the whole inventory to a wrong location/world/group" are caused by Multiverse-Core. Maybe there is a Listener that tries to copy the inventory from one world into another. I do believe this, because there are a lot of similar issues reported here (and to other similar plugins too!!!) and every time MV-C is named in a plugin list or so...
Maybe this helps with all your issues, since on my server I am not having any issues at all with gamemodes or inventory losses and I too use Multiverse-Core (around 12 different inventory groups with PerWorldInventories and 20 worlds): Command: /version multiverse-core Multiverse-Core version 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b722 Authors: Rigby, fernferret, lithium3141 and main-- Plus latest build of this plugin and Spigot 1.10 Everything works perfectly fine, people switch from creative to survival to other worlds all the time and not a single problem. I can add that if you still have your multiverse_inventories.jar in your server then you will have issues with inventories getting overwritten or copied, just delete that plugin. The plugin is litteraly doing everything it should for me, just got a small issue that I can't find any solution for: How could I see an offline player's inventory/enderchest? The actual contests of the files don't make much sense to me. Is there any way to see what items a player has?
Hmmmm...it looks like even though "share if unconfigured" is false, it is still happening. Anyone else experiencing this?
