In htaccess, '#' mean comment (so the line isn't read by Apache)

"production" is default APPLICATION_ENV value, so I put it here commented just as a reminder

To use the debug mode you should replace the whole line by the one I told in my last message (without the #)

Once you replaced the line, the error should appear in PEXAdmin itself

So, your htaccess should look like this :

It started working for some reason. Perhaps I needed to wait for the server to do its thing, idk.
