PingPlus - You can ping yourself, or another player!

This plugin will ping a player or YourSelf when using /ping.

Commands:
"/ping [player]" shows the ping of the player!
"/globalping [player]" also shows the ping of the player!
Permissions:
- none
I dont find it necessary to have permission node on /ping. But i can for sure add a permission to it if you want!!
