[email protected] - Lightweight chat utility to mention other players.

[email protected], a configurable plugin that allows players to mention one another with '@' as a prefix.

Usage:
Write any message and include the player you want to mention with '@' as a prefix, and with sufficient permission, that player will be mentioned with a notification sound.

Config.yml:
Tag-perms
The permissions that a user has to have to mention another.
