Bug Player can't join??

    Spigot version: 1.8.3-R0.1-SNAPSHOT-latest
    So everytime my friend joins my server with plugins,with correct IP,port.
    I have port fowarded,
    He just cant join it.
    I didn't ban him.
    Whitelist is off
    He just cant join
    Whats the problem??

    Make sure you give your friend the IP address, not the local address,
    To find your IP address, you can use website like: http://whatsmyip.org
    also, make sure your server.properties local address is the same as the one you used for port forwarding

    What does actually happen if he tries to join? Does he time out? Do You get an error-message?

    Nothing happens when he joins,i think its his problem

    He said that it shows No connection on my server but everyone else shows normal

    You aren't port-forwarding correctly then if he can't see your server as on. Various routers differ on how to so Google your router to find out how.

    There obviously has to be a message? Check console maybe or as the person above has said, check port forwarding settings
