I've got a problem which is driving me crazy, for some reason players on my server can't drop any items :/ It all worked until today, when they try to drop any kind of item it tells them : Sorry, but you are not permitted to do that here. I would still tell you to check WorldGuard's config. You don't need to have regions, WorldGuard makes config files for each world on WorldGuard folder.
WorldGuard automatically creates __global__ when you add the plugin. There's a __global__ region in every world you've created.
This is almost certainly an issue with WorldGuard. The __global__ region is likely blocking item drops. Set the item drop flag to true on the __global__ region.
I believe MultiSkyWars is causing the issue, try unloading some plugins you might think causes this problem and you'll eventually find a solution.
