Been testing out the app for weeks and had no issues, just simply amazing.
Thanks so much, really appreciate the feedback!
Hopefully we'll have some cool updates soon.
Hi Oliver, this looks so good!
I have got my API key, but when i try to sign in to the app i get "API access denied"
Any ideas why that might be?
Thank you for your time
Have you made sure the allowed IPs box is empty in the settings?
Forgot to mention, also make sure legacy API authentication is enabled in the panel settings as we don't support the new system just yet.
Ah, that might be it then, i don't think i have access to these settings as i am only renting it from a host. But now i know what to ask for
I am getting no legacy API support errors, yet I have multicraft 2.0
Enable legacy api support in panel settings
TY SO MUCH!
Hello hope you can help.
I have logged in to my multicraft but I receive
"We couldn't find any servers! Check your internet connection, or speak to your host"
Enable the Multicraft API - Yes
Allow GET requests to the API - Yes
Support Legacy Daemons - Yes
Support Legacy API - Yes
Have you generated a API code for the account you use?
Like it says; 'CHeck your internet connection'
¿Could you please upload to the App Store?
Thanks for the app
Currently struggling to get it working though.
I've all the settings noted in this thread set as recommended.
I've got my API key.
Multicraft is up and running, and I can connect to my server (home PC), via the Internet, to the Multicraft webpage, and manage my servers etc.
However, when I use Pocketpanel, I specify the URL (same as I'm specifying in the web browser, e.g. http://myhostname.no-ip.org, the username (of the multicraft root superuser), and the API key.
I hit login, then "administration", and it then says "We couldn't find any servers! Check your internet connection, or speak to your host."
Now, what does that error actually mean?
I've got no internet connection problems, and the multicraft server is up and running ok.
Does the app just need access via port 80? I assume it does.
Any help would be appreciated
What does it mean when it says Api cases denied what should I do?
I know a company that probably will be interested, https://clovux.net
My server is also partnered with them
