iPyronic submitted a new resource:

PowerlessLamps - Toggle redstone lamps with your hand.

Usage
This plugin allows players with the lamp.toggle permission node
to right-click a redstone lamp while their hand is empty to turn it on or off.

Purpose
This plugin is designed to help builders add lamp lights that have no power source.

Commands
There are no commands.

ionno, haven't used LampControl before o.o

Edit: Looks like lamp control does a lot more Oh well, I made this plugin for me and I only wanted lamps to be toggle-able xD People that want extra features can view LampControl's Bukkit page here.

Edit2: Also seems like LampControl might be version-dependant, while this isn't :x

Lamp control 2.5.4 (the last) not work under spigot 1.8.4 and 1.8.5

and I have a small request for the plugins, just as Worlguard areas is taken into account

Did you mean that you want it to check if a player is allowed to build?

iPyronic updated PowerlessLamps with a new update entry:

Build Region Checking

PowerlessLamps v1.3 adds a check to see if the player can build where the lamp is at before toggling it.

It is NOT dependent on WorldGuard regions. Any anti-grief plugin that uses the BlockPlaceEvent event should work correctly with the lamp-toggle build checking.

v1.4 fixes a minor bug from v1.3 that caused the No-Toggle sound to play even if the clicked block wasn't a redstone lamp.

iPyronic updated PowerlessLamps with a new update entry:

WorldEdit + Bugfix

This update was made due to a bug that I randomly discovered last night. The bug occurs if you place a redstone lamp above a block that has an inventory (chest/dispenser/hopper/etc) and then toggle it. When you do, the contents of the chest explode out from it, leaving the inventory empty. This occurs in all PowerlessLamps versions (1.0~1.4) and it is fixed in this release (1.5).

Along with that bugfix, I figured I'd add commands that affect lamps inside a WorldEdit selection as...

Is it possible to add a day/night feature? (Streetlights)
When you'll get this work, your plugin will the only Streetlightsplugin that works probably in 1.8.7.
That would be really great!

iPyronic updated PowerlessLamps with a new update entry:

v1.6 - Code Improvement and MobArena Bugfix

This update was created with the purpose of fixing compatibility with MobArenas. The old build-checking code would fire its own BlockPlaceEvent to see if a user could toggle a lamp (before it even checked if the block was a lamp). MobArena would see the event for all blocks that were right-clicked and add them to its own block-change list for restoration purposes (only if the arena had its 'protect' setting set to true). When an arena ended, it would set all right-clicked blocks to air.

1.7 - Minecraft 1.9 Compatibility

Sounds have been updated to match the new sound API changes in 1.9.

RedstoneChangeEvent has been removed because it was unnecessary.

PlayerInteractEvent lamp interactions have been limited to once per tick to restore functionality.

Interaction requirements have been loosened. You may now toggle lamps with your hand as long as you aren't holding a block in either your left or right hand.

Care to explain a bit more? PowerlessLamps v1.6 and earlier work on Spigot 1.8, only the new versions (v1.7, v1.8, and anything after) require Spigot 1.9
