Pre generated world and 1 player with elytra

  1. I'm pretty certain that is normal. Loading new chunks is pretty intense server-side. For servers like 2b2t HauseMaster has had to disable elytras and when he re-enabled them he had to make it slow to load new chunks since it would crash the server.
  2. How he achieved slower chunks load? How he achieved slower chunks load? I tried changing max-chunk-sends-per-tick to 40, but with no luck, no difference.
  3. I'm not sure how he did it but you should be able to find a spigot plugin to do this.
