1.17.1 Prevent Dripstones from filling cauldrons

  1. I've tried to disable dripstone from filling cauldrons with both CauldronLevelChangeEvent and BlockPhysicsEvent. CauldronLevelChangeEvent's arent fired all the time when a dripstone fills the cauldron (if it fills it one layer, it doesnt call it, only after the third or fourth layer will it be triggered). BlockPhysicsEvent, I have no way of seeing if the event was triggered via player action (filling it with a bukkit) or dripstone.
