After digging through posts if this i still couldnt find the solution I am using pex and i'm confused on weights I tried adding suffix to essentials chat that didnt work I want this: [A] [Owner] Diabloacez
What I suggest is DeluxeTags for donor ranks/staff ranks. Pex weights work like this: Lower weight, higher priority. So Z should have the lowest weight. You could just make a chat format per group in essentials and hard-code the letter rank into the format.
