There is punishment built into Essentials& Default, I’m currently on my phone but a more premium punishment plugin is LiteBans
don't punish them, just put them in their Naughty-Gamemode (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/naughtymode-this-is-not-a-troll-tool.11566/)
