bramar submitted a new resource:

QualityChat - A plugin for chat!

QualityChat is a plugin for chat.

Commands:
- /qualitychat - Main Command
- /qualitychat help - Shows all qualitychat's commands
- /qualitychat config - Change the config ingame limitedly (Resets when the server restarts / reloads)
- /togglechat - Disable / Enable the chat

Permissions:
- qualitychat.cmd - Do /qualitychat
- qualitychat.toggle - Do /togglechat
- qualitychat.bypass - Talk when the chat is disabled!

You can't swear the word that is listed in config.yml unless you have the permission (qualitychat.bypass)

Added /clearchat. It will clear the chat for players that doesn't have the permission "qualitychat.bypass"

Feature added: NoAdvertisement
It blocks almost all advertisement.
It will not block you if you have the permission "qualitychat.bypass"

A Little Update for this one

Changelog of QualityChat v1.2.1 Update:
- Added /slowchat with the permission "qualitychat.slowchat"
Slow chat will delayed anything you talk within 3 seconds.

But, it might be not compatible with other permission / chat plugin that changes the format. If you get an issue, email me because somehow i can't even download a permission / chat plugin.
