Not only wrong section, but honestly its very simplistic, its just a text with a glow effect on it, thats angled backwards with a shadow

 

horrible, you can make these for free on http://textcraft.net/. They look horrible and are overused by shitty servers.

I suggest making your banner unique and Creative, If your banner is unprofessional it doesn't look good on your server.
