I am working on a server project with the crackshot (guns) plugin installed, and recently the RESET_HIT_COOLDOWN feature has stopped working correctly, where there is still a delay when an entity is hit. for some of the guns that fire larger numbers of bullets (shotguns, miniguns, etc.) this means that their overall damage output is dramatically decreased, and it makes those types of guns virtually impossible to make work. this started happening when i updated from 1.13.2 to 1.14.4. i'm looking for a way to decrease/remove this limit. possibly a seperate plugin that removes the damage cooldown entirely?
