REPORT PLUGIN
This plugin is made to make server moderation a little bit easier.
Config file contains every message and two needed permissions.
Messages and permissions are configurable.
If player with report.player permission reports a player and there is a player with report.staff permission on a server than he receives a message and can spectate a player....
