Resolving a closed case?

    So in short you just have to "cut the losses", prevent it from happening again, and move on.
     
  3. The case closed within like 4 hours of it opening and I was at school...

  4. Exactly they closed them because they were fraudulent charges. By "cutting the losses" there is nothing you can do and you will just need to live without the $200. Although don't forget to prevent this from happening again by screening orders more carefully. I would also make sure in your TOS that you reserve the rights to pass on collections if you choose. So that larger orders can be sent to a collection agency.
