Restrict certain items from getting renamed by an Anvil

    Are there anyways to restrict certain items from getting renamed by an Anvil? Please help!

    As far as I know, this is pretty difficult, but doable!
    The Spigot api doesnt have any events for anvils at all, so you will need to code a work around for it.
