Salvage Smelting

Theres a discontinued plugin called salvagesmelter. Its been discontinued after 1.7.9 and i would like to see this to return.

I want it to work exactly how that one does but with horse armor as well.

 

This is the original jar. idk if someone who adopt it and modify it as their own and add these improvements or not. I feel its a much needed plugin for survival. Im suprised it isnt.
