How can I execute a spigot command from a proxy server?
I can't seem to find a way how.
You'd need to have a bungeecord plugin that forwards the command to a a spigot server, and then a spigot plugin on that server that receives it and can execute it.
The BungeeCord plugin message channel can be of help here, but it's not very reliable (does not work when there are no players on the spigot server). So a different mechanism (sockets, RabbitMQ, Redis PubSub) is better used instead.
I am not sure if you can directly execute a spigot command from a proxy server but you can get a players on the proxy server and make him execute the command
