You have a few corrupted chunks at 450,44,485 in your overworld. If the server is crashing even when there are no players on then the corrupted chunks are in the spawn chunks and a mob is randomly walking into it causing the server to update this chunk causing it to crash eventually.
You can attempt to use Minecraft Region Fixer
that's not a corrupted chunk, that crash is generally down to stupid plugins doing stuff async which they shouldn't be doing async
