Hello, my server has been having some lag. I've found the problem, but I don't know the solution. So basically what happens is that when I run the server with #1649 build[or builds that support 1.7.X and 1.8.X, everything starts lagging, but when i start it with only 1.8.x spigot's version, everything goes alright. The TPS are always 19-20, so it's not entities fault I'm using a paid host of 4GB, so RAM is not the problem, but what i've seen is that server takes 119% of CPU while running on #1649[again, any 1.7.X or 1.8.X version] So please help me!
