I'm having random stutters that lag the server for 1-10 seconds at a time. These happen every 10 minutes or so even when only 5 players are connected. The server is running amplified map and I initially created it using the vanilla Minecraft server, but once the lags appeared I switched over to Spigot as an attempt to fix them. I have a dedicated server with 64GB RAM, i7 7700 CPU and a 1Gbit network. The server is running Windows Server 2016. I've installed the latest version of Java 64bit (Java 8 Update 211) and I've allocated the server 8GB of RAM. Java version from command line Code (Text): java version "1.8.0_211" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_211-b12) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.211-b12, mixed mode) The start.bat file I'm using to launch the server. Code (Text): @echo off java -Xms1G -Xmx8G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -jar spigot.jar pause When looking at the task manager though, I can see that the server is using at maximum only 2GB of RAM which I believe is the reason for the stutters. Any ideas what could be the issue and any possible fixes for it?
