Hi ! I'm using spigot 1.12.2 last build from BuildTools, my tps are okay (I've got an average of about 19) but the ping of my players is really bad. I don't understand because when I type "ping play.goblinmc.fr" into my command prompt I've got a good ping (about 25ms), and when I type /ping on my server it is about 300. It is the same with all my players and I don't know how to solve the problem. Thank you, Dauwks.
We are using meloncube.net (with french servers because we are french). I gave you the ip previously, it is "play.goblinmc.fr".
Hi, I don't have ping problem with the ping command ( from my computer -> 25ms, from my server -> 10ms ). Can you send us more informations? Timings, plugins,... ? Best regards,
