@Phoenix616 Player still can't chat! If message contain varible, player can chat, but if no, massage won't show
Any error messages in the log? Either when the player chats or when the plugin starts up? Also please post the config that you're using! EDIT: Nvm, I found the issue.

@Phoenix616 When player has nothing in hand, variable in chat show [unknown] please make: don't allow player send message contains variable if has nothing in hand.

You should be able use the per-world permission function of your permissions plugin to allow or deny access to the plugin commands/variable in certain worlds.
