SimpleBroadcaster - Broadcast messages!

Commands:
/bc
/bc version
Install:
Just put the jar file in your plugins folder
Usage:

When you do "/bc (message)" it will print out a prefix and your message
The prefix is customizeable in the config. You can also add a color too it.
