SimpleReport - A Reporting Script!

Reporting script that assigns each report a number and allows staff to change the status of that report.

Commands
- /report <player> <reason> - Reports a player and assigns a staff to it.
- /reportcheck <report no.> - Allows a reporter to check the status of their report
- /reportinfo <report no.> - Allows staff to view information about the report
- /changestatus <report no.> <status> - Changes the status of a report.
- /report-ban <player> - Prevents a player from making a report....

horaceoscar updated SimpleReport with a new update entry:

Configuration update!

- Merged /reportinfo and /reportcheck.
- Added a permission for making a report.
- Added a console message when the script loads.
- Server Owners may change the message that players get when they are banned from making reports or when they don't have permission to perform a command a part of the script.
