When i used bukkit my start-up time would be around 10-12 seconds with 47 plugins. Now the start-up time is 45-50 seconds. I cant complain too much because the ingame performance is MUCH better. Im just wondering why the start-up would be slower?

Edit: Also recently it has been lagging players out of my server. Is there some sort of command i can type to get extra info besides /timings and /worldguard report

Are random light updates on or off in bukkit.yml?

Same for me. Startup time increased when I updated to 389. On server start there are dozens of player connection. Server almost freezes with "Read time out" flood. Server completly recover about ~2 minuts after start. That kinda weird since I haven't changed configuration since spigot update and haven't got this issue on more older build.
