  1. Hi spigot

I have now tried to make some bukkit plugins, but now i finally say to my self i need to switch to spigot, because as we all know, spigot is more uptodate. But how will i do it. I have using maven with bukkit. And will like to use it again. But what should i but in pon.xml?

and what should i but instead of bukkit in example Bukkit.getServer()... and are there other places i will need to switch. I think all the import will eclipse just "recommend" for me like bukkit did.

PS. can craftbukkit use spigot plugin and can cpigot use bukkit plugin? ;)
  2. You don't need to change anything
  3. Spigot is just a fork of Craftbukkit. The API is still the Bukkit API. All plugins built towards the Bukkit API will run on Craftbukkit and Spigot.
  4. Methods like Bukkit.getServer() exist in the Spigot API, so you don't need to change anything.
