[Solved] Can't join bungeecord server...

How can i fix this? I had this before but i dont remember how i did.

EDIT: I did forgot to say that i have -1 connection throttle

No, same problem. I had this problem on my other servers before, i dont remember how i did fix it.
EDIT: I think i should add bungeecord true in my spigot config, going to try that.
