Spectate Player [LIGHTWEIGHT] - Allows you to silently spectate a player.

Hello!

So I wanted a very lightweight spectate ability on my server. Thus I created one.

Simple commands:
/spectate <player>
^ Puts you in Spectator GameMode, teleports you to the entity and lets you spectate the player.
/spectate <off|stop>
^ Stop you from spectating and teleports you to your last known location.

Found any bugs/suggestions? Feel free to reply. I will try to keep this updated

I noticed that you can spectate yourself. Can you implement a check that disables this?
Also, can you add permissions? Thanks...
