Though something is up with the Mode 1 for Oreb. I have it at default of 1, yet all ores in open site (random ores at the base of one of our buildings) all show up as stone.
Are you sure that's still an issue? That issue should theoretically be fixed in the latest Spigot build as of this post.

I'm sticking with the latest RB of spigot as the Netty features cause a number of issues last I heard. I'm just waiting for another RB release.

I have a problem...when the enderdragon die he let fall only one big exp orb..how to fix this problem?
Can someone help me to configure the mob settings to have few mobs only where the players are? thanks this is my cfg for those parameters.

Which build is suggested? I'm assuming the newer, the better.
Set "exp-merge-radius" to 0 (and if you want to do it even better, only set it to 0 for world_the_end)
Few mobs only where the player are? Not sure what you mean. Your range is already pretty close to the player, you can play with your mob rates lower down in the bukkit.yml
How can i specify that i only want in the end world?
There is no pre-settings for that world, only for nether..can i use the settings of "default" also for other worlds?
what is the "ambient" setting?
If i enable the orebfuscator it will decrease my tps?
Follow the same format as world: and world_nether:
In your case, you would have world_the_end: and have the exp merge setting under that.
Ambient is currently only Bats, I believe.

Right, per world settings inheirt global but override global if set
It should not lower TPS at all. Every timings report I've seen from people xray is always at the bottom - Spigots Anti Xray is super efficient and amazing. I hope it defaults to on in the future.
For these settings which values are best in your opinion? I want the less resource consume as possible.
