Are you using Multicraft? I've only seen this error on Multicraft. If no, try rerunning build tools and running a server with JUST that.
Haha, it's a common Multicraft issue, want me to fix it? I fixed it with some other dedi's by uploading my own jar instead of theirs, commonly I find the issue is a corrupted upload or the start up parameters are incorrect. I will fix this at 3pm EST if you want. I get home at that time. I will fix this for 1$ as I'm not greedy
