  1. I'd like to know the difference between Spigot and PaperSpigot. I know it's just a fork of Spigot and it contains a few more optimized things but what are those optimized things exactly? And is it worth to download PaperSpigot, is it as stable as Spigot?

it really doesn't. please show us any evidence of this. paperspigot is fully customisable.

i promise i am no shill!!

  6. PaperSpigot has a lot of additional configuartion, such as disabling tnt-flow from 1.8, it offers more custmozability. It has had some issues in the past with specific plugins, namely AntiAura

  8. It depends on your type of server. For factions, I'd suggest PaperSpigot.

I ran PaperSpigot for a few months and never noticed any big performance boost or difference. I recommend staying with Spigot. You'll get 100% support here (where some people might reject helping you if you're running Paper), plus updates come quicker with Spigot from what I've seen.

  11. If you do HCF (Hardcore factions) disabling TNT flow makes your playerbase very, very happy

uhh sure.. I meant you only really need to use it if certain features it provides suit your requirements (is a fancier way of saying that)
