Stealing items from Item frame

    Hi guys!
    I need help...
    How can I block stealing items from itemframes with skeletons? I have blocked spawn mosters in residence and some players steal the items. How? I have built Obsidian around the room and when I come back and Items were steal. How?
    I don't understand it.
    Please HELP me :)

    Try this settings in worldguard :

    block-painting-destroy: true
    block-item-frame-destroy: true

    and add flag /rg flag NAME entity-item-frame-destroy deny

    Ok, thank so much and what if I have't got World guard? Is there another solution?
