Stranges kick Off and crashes

  1. Hi guys, I've recently created a spigot server. I got 6GB and a double core. My server mostly runs perfect, (about 19 -20 TPS) but some times it got some scary drop to 11-12, too often it kicks all players off (about 5-6 times a day... :\) and more often it crashes.. It happened, at least 3 times this week..

    I'm using this launch code:
    java -Xmx4096M -Xms512M -jar spigot-1.8.3.jar

    And I' got here a crash report:

    Could you suggest me something I can do?

  2. If it's not swaping you should loop what's going on with your CPU load when this happens...

  4. Towny, Entities and Dynamap...

    What's your entity activation range and view distance?

    Also ... Average Entities: 448.70 / 1,088.78 & Average Players: 20.52 ... what kind of hardware are you running on? o.0

    And that "World Save" doesn't look to good to, tho I couldn't say if it's cause of IOs or CPU.

    Try with lowering view distance and entity activation ranges... and update to latest 1.8.7 if you can (idk how that goes with Towny).

    I'm worried about the world save. Could it be that's savin' all the wolrds periodically?

    It would be bettere if it save only the loaded chunks, i think.. tell me more, i don't really know what's wrong >_<

    and view-distance: 10... that's... prob. the reason for your lag.
     
  7. Well, i've made just a pair of changes, i've set:

    animals: 15
    monsters: 15
    misc: 12
    entity-tracking-range:
    players: 60
    animals: 25
    monsters: 25
    misc: 25
    other: 64

    mob-spawn-range: 10

    view-distance: 8
    #############

    But nothin' changes.. Still the same situation... :(
