Teleport+ - Add more to the default teleport system.

About
With the Teleport+ plugin you can teleport just like normal and even teleport everyone at once.

Commands
/tp <target>
/tp <target> <player>

Target: The player you want to teleport or "." for all players.
Player: If left out, will teleport target to you or to the other player.

Permissions
All permissions default to OP.
