Teleporting Boss's and they over time vanish

  1. Hello Everyone,
    I have written a plugin for my server and been testing it for a little while now and it works great. But I have a problem with it.

    What the plugin does is spawns a boss in a set location every time the server starts and removes him when the server stops if he is not dead so their is no double up. The plugins checks every second to see if he is standing on wood because he is a pirate on a ship, When he falls of the ship he will Teleport back to his starting location.

    I have noticed over time they will just vanish, No where to be see. Is their a reason why monsters die? They have armor so they do not burn to death. Or is it that they are glitching and vanishing/Dying... I am not sure what is wrong.

    Sadly, to save RAM Minecraft modifications can still remove mobs when you get too far away from them.
    Why not try calling the setRemoveWhenFarAway() method on the entity, and using an argument of false?
