Bug TempBan

    Hi,I have a problem with tempban.When I give tempban for a time,it don't expire.Sorry for my bad english.
    I'm using spigot 1649 and essentials version 2.13.1

    When I am temp-banning someone it get's a permanent ban instead of a temporary one
