Your question is vague due to you not saying what you are going to be using it for

 

OVH VPS I'm guessing (specs are the same). They're cheap VPSes, however if you're using this for anything CPU intensive (like a Minecraft server) that CPU is going to kill you.

 

can you say what is the use of this server.

 

You will need to provide a bit more information on how many players you're looking at hosting, etc.
