    you have a redstone machine somewhere with lots of torches

    someone probably built some massive thing to either lag your server or automate stuff atleast thats what i can gather

    its not something an addon will just remove, you can add plugins that stop clocks or find larghe redstone machines, id recommend gettiing one of those and seeing what you find

    React is a good plugin but its not free. It should remove any type of lag machine that players builds (Redstone,Entity)
