I just went away for awhile, and haven't been on here to even remember to check.
In regards to getting the Spigot dependency (or another Minecraft dependency added to your project) added look for Maven Repositories
There you should find the different API links and information written as dependencies and repositories
Just locate your pom.xml in the Project Files, paste it in the file, save it, then click [Run] and the "Clean and Build Project"
