Solved Two Different Bukkit.ymls?

    Ok so I was going though some of my settings and noticed that some of my servers have a different bukkit.ymls. I tried to reset the first one but it doesn't make the same one as the second. Does this matter?

    Both are running Spigot 1.15.2

    The second one is the outdated one, it just has options that are removed
