Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus), positively improves node performance?

  1. Basically says it all,

I'm on the fence in whether I should upgrade the distro I am currently on (Ubuntu 14.04) to 16.04, is there any noticeable difference whether it be positive or negative?

    Thanks,
    Panda :).

  2. Ubuntu sure did step up their game with 16.04. Seems like nothing but positive upgrades. Ubuntu is one of the more stable distros, you probably won't have any early-release bugs. Go for it, seems nice.

I've been using it for some misc tasks and it is good, but there typically aren't anyway issues anyways with the new releases.
